Interim Targets/Priority Objectives: Continue professional development and PLC efforts in support of vertical curriculum alignment K-12.

Teacher teams across all K-5 buildings and grade levels reviewed ELA curriculum options, scored them with a rubric, and presented their recommendation to switch from CKLA to HMH. The 2026-2027 adoption is supported by $276,910 in 35m grant funds from the State of Michigan, with the district covering the remaining $154,041 of the adoption costs.
