SABEA (Sturgis Area Business Education Alliance)

SABEA bridges the gap between employers, community members,  students, and educators to offer career awareness and exploration opportunities for Sturgis-area youth. This program connects Sturgis Public Schools students with local businesses, helping to equip them with the knowledge and experience needed to succeed in their future careers. Outlined in the pages ahead are several of the impactful initiatives SABEA offers to support our schools and community: business partners, mentor meetings, mock interviews, career fair, and "Freshman for a Day" program. These initiatives are designed to empower students, expand their horizons, and give them realworld insights into potential career paths.
