Dear Sturgis Public Schools Community,

We have received the unofficial results and we are humbled by and appreciate your support. Thank you. The proceeds from today’s successful Building & Site Sinking Fund Election, combined with General Fund allocations, will enable us to implement our 10-Year Capital Improvement Plan.

This plan prioritizes the following components that were developed through our community feedback
sessions: (1) enhance student safety and security, (2) maintain our current school facilities for
generations to come, and (3) forge a plan with no debt or interest.

As we tackle the projects outlined in our 10-Year Capital Improvement Plan, we will update you on our progress to ensure that you are being kept informed. This information will be shared on our website, social media, and provided to local media outlets.

Thank you once again for your support of our students and school community. We look forward to working collaboratively with you now and into the future.
